From the walk through to show us little cosmetic stuff we could spruce up to the staging and photographing of our home to the appraisal and inspection was smooth because he was able to answer every question and explain every step and he put us in contact and helped us make arrangements to do everything that had to be done on our schedule. We had a pretty long list of wants and don't wants for our new house and Josh took note of everything.
