We had never sold a house before and Josh made the whole process seem easy for us. From the walk through to show us little cosmetic stuff we could spruce up to the staging and photographing of our home to the appraisal and inspection was smooth because he was able to answer every question and explain every step and he put us in contact and helped us make arrangements to do everything that had to be done on our schedule.
We had a pretty long list of wants and don't wants for our new house and Josh took note of everything. Before he had a chance to show us the houses he'd found that met our criteria, my husband and I went onto the house hunting sites and pulled up MLS numbers for houses we liked to email and text Josh. He responded quickly with information about whether a house had everything we wanted, was under contract or with an appointment for us to to go see it. We went out a few weekends (with our soon to be 3 year old) and during one, my husband had a list of 11 more houses we wanted to see in addition to the houses Josh had found for us to visit. He started calling the realtors for those addresses immediately to see if we could squeeze them in and he got us into most of them. Some houses we would take one step in the door and said, "Nope." and walk right out because we didn't like the ceiling or windows and he patiently locked it back up and drove us to the next one. He also had us take a lunch break because we'd been out for a long time and we needed one And so did my baby. We saw a specific model and floor plan that we really liked and he took note of it and was able to find 3 more of them to see on our next outing and we wound up purchasing one of them.
